Kent Frankfother

Kent Frankfother

Kent Frankfother teaches English and journalism at J.S. Morton East High School in Cicero, Ill. He has worked there for 10 years. He supervises production of the school newspaper, The Mortonian. Frankfother earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Illinois, Urbana/Champaign, and a master’s degree in teaching language arts from Northeastern Illinois University. He is working on a master’s in social work at Jane Addams College of the University of Illinois at Chicago. Frankfother is a supporter of the arts/theater in his Rogers Park/Chicago community, where he resides and enjoys the lakefront with his dog.
