Ingrid Johnson

Ingrid Johnson serves as English and journalism teacher at Fairfield (Ala.) High Preparatory School. Her research, training, and teaching interests are in rhetoric and composition, digital communication, and magazine journalism. She earned the bachelor’s degree in English at the University of Montevallo and a master’s degree at the University of Georgia. Johnson first developed a love for writing in elementary school when she composed and self-published her first magazine, and her love for writing has never ceased. She assists her journalism class in publishing the quarterly newspaper, Tiger Pride News. Although Johnson’s free time is limited, she does enjoy reading Christian fiction, writing, traveling, and shopping.
