A Lecture by Larry Rohter, Journalist with the New York Times

Rohter is a veteran foreign correspondent who has covered Latin America for almost 30 years.  He served as South American bureau chief for the Times from 1999 to 2007, and was their principal Caribbean and Latin American correspondent from 1994 to 1999.  His presentation on "The Future of U.S. Foreign Policy Toward Latin America after the U.S. Elections" will include a discussion of his experience covering the recent presidential election.
