Wendy Boggs is an undergraduate advisor for the College of Communication Office of Student Affairs in collaboration with the School of Journalism. Boggs has over 10 years of advising experience in both undergraduate and graduate programs. She has worked for The University of Texas at Austin since May 2005.
Boggs advises undergraduate students in all matters pertaining to journalism coursework as well as maintains academic records, provides general information about University academic policies and procedures, prepares degree audits, and certifies graduation applications once students fulfill the degree requirements. In addition, she manages course add/drop requests and withdrawals, course substitutions, tuition rebates, appeals, scholastic probation and many other academic matters.
Boggs can also counsel students regarding personal difficulties should they arise. She directs students to other important campus and community resources that will enhance their overall learning experience at The University of Texas at Austin.
