Masters Graduation Information

Complete all of your required coursework prior to applying to graduate. Check with the Graduate Coordinator to check that you are on track. Students must also be registered in either J398R or J698B the semester of expected graduation.

Professional Students (Print and Photojournalism)

Graduate Journalism students completing a Masters Report must download and complete the paper form graduation application available at the OGS web site in the semester of expected graduation. You may not complete an online application.

Submit this printed form, signed by your graduate adviser, by the last class day with your Masters Report. You must receive a satisfactory grade for any course(s) listed on this form by the grade-reporting deadline, which falls a few days following finals. You must submit this form along with your completed report to Main Building 101.

Research and Theory

Please complete the online application for graduation in the semester of expected graduation.

Submit this paper form graduation application available at the OGS web site, signed by your graduate adviser, by the last class day with your Thesis. You must receive a satisfactory grade for any course(s) listed on this form by the grade-reporting deadline, which falls a few days following finals. You should submit this form along with your completed thesis to Main Building 101.
