Two Job Opening at ABC News On Campus Bureau for Broadcast Sequence Students

The ABC News On Campus Bureau at the University of Texas has two openings from May, 2009 - May, 2010 for undergraduate journalism broadcast sequence students. We're in need of one bureau chief and one staffer, both confident in their broadcast skills.

We're also looking for undergraduate multimedia and print sequence students to fill several slots in both the Summer and Fall of 2009 (you will serve for only one semester).

The ideal candidates for all positions would be journalism majors with a strong interest in all facets of multimedia. The bureau can be demanding, requiring up to 20 hours a week and a minimum 3.0 grade point average.

The students can arrange to earn internship credit as well as a stipend of $2000 per semester.

Prerequisite courses include: J315 for print and broadcast students, J321C for multimedia students.

We will begin interviewing early March, 2009.

Please email your resume, cover letter, and the names of your instructors for J315 and/or J321C to:
