Degree Requirements

The School of Journalism requires 120 hours of coursework for graduation from the undergraduate program. 

For students following catalogs prior to 2012-2014, a minimum of 33 and a maximum of 36 hours of major-specific coursework in the School of Journalism must be met, among other requirements. Undergraduate students must complete a specific combination of core curriculum, major coursework, Communication requirements, and electives to earn the degree.
