Ally Bonsall is pursuing her Master’s degree in Journalism and Media to become a professional entertainment reporter. Bonsall comes from a family of devoted Longhorns, earned her undergraduate degree in Radio-Television-Film from the Moody College of Communication, and is passionate about pop culture for its unique ability to unite fans.
 
As an undergraduate, Bonsall joined Sneak Peek, a UT Austin student television show, where she discovered her passion for producing pop culture projects. After graduating in 2024, she co-foundedReel Talk and Reviews, an emerging entertainment news outlet amplifying the voices of young women in entertainment journalism. Through this platform, she has interviewed talent from major fandoms such as Bridgerton and Stranger Things, while also spotlighting rising stars from independent productions. Bonsall frequently attends local film and television festivals like SXSW, where she interviews creators to connect  fans with their favorite storytellers.
