Erika Gonzalez Duarte

Erika González is a journalist, graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She completed her professional internship at the television channel Megamedia, where she worked on investigations covering crime, social issues, and environmental topics. She has also worked as a journalist and news producer at Televisión Nacional de Chile, contributing to the programs El Medio Día and the morning show Buenos Días a Todos.

Currently, she is pursuing the Professional Track Master’s in Journalism at the University of Texas, aiming to specialize in her research areas, including crime, social issues, and breaking and feature news.

Erika is originally from Santiago, Chile.
