Menghan Yin is a master’s student (Research and Theory track) in the School of Journalism and Media at the University of Texas at Austin. Her research explores health promotion and media psychology, with a focus on women’s health, stigma, persuasion, and trust. She is particularly interested in the role of large language models (LLMs) in health communication. In addition, she examines the power structures and language patterns that shape public health discourse. Recently, she has begun looking into feminist advertising and consumer behavior.
